We had a 2-night stay at this hotel for New Year's eve in a Premium Double Room. The hotel definitely exceeded our expectations. The room was great, the amenities in the room, everything is planned to the finest details. Also, for the breakfast, there was a big choice of food for every taste, and it all tasted great. I have to mention the staff, they were very polite and kind, they even kept the breakfast 1 more hour in order to have it for every guest. The receptionist was also very helpful and polite. The hotel is situated in a calm area all surrounded by trees and nature, so it's a great calm stay away from the city noises. But it's still just a couple of minutes driving to the city center. I will definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely come again.

We have met a kind and helpful personnel, due to the sports event the check-in waiting time was a bit longer, but the lady at the reception kept us informed and apologized for inconvenience. The building itself is rather old, the facilities are quite worn, however our rooms went through a renovation, so it was generally a pleasant stay.

Was late for breakfast by 20 minutes, staff offered to make me and my partner something small to eat anyways! The location is a distance away from the city but no longer than 5 minutes by bus or taxi. The SHOWER in the room is AMAZING.
